Things were looking so good this morning. After speaking to the surgeon and a pediatrician, it looked like we would be able to take him home around 5 pm and monitor him from there. He had kept down 4 oz of formula from a 7 am feeding, and then around 10 he started projectile vomiting again. We cleaned him all up (and mommy) and he immediately fell asleep for a short nap. When he woke up around 11 he looked so lonely in his crib so I went to cuddle him. We were cuddling on the couch and he threw up a little more. It was not much at all but I told Jon to have the nurses document it. As he was going out to talk to the nurses, Aiden began throwing up more and started choking then stopped breathing. His little body was going so stiff and arching in my arms as he was fighting to take a breath. I started screaming for help and soon 5 nurses were in here taking him from us to suction the throw up out and get him breathing again. So scary! Right now he is on a machine that is monitoring his oxygen levels for about 30 minutes. I am not sure what happens next. Jon and I are so shaken up right now. I know he is going to be ok, but I just wish it would happen soon! I know this goes without saying, but PLEASE keep Aiden in your prayers.
