AND....she's off!!!!

Emily has been trying to crawl for quite some time now. She had a unique style that involved scooting her head along the carpet while walking her feet behind her. Over the last few days she has been experimenting with crawling the correct way, with her head off the ground, and today we finally had a break through! She has crawled all day long! Now that she understands how to get around more efficiently, she is already working on standing up without assistance. She has been pulling up on anything and everything, including flat surfaces, such as walls, for a few weeks. To add to her exciting day, she started letting go of furniture as well as attempted standing on her own from a crawling position (without any support). Yay, Emmy!!! You had one exciting day and we are so proud of you!
